1. Zero Third-Party Tracking

Mi Amor is built from the ground up to guarantee couple intimacy and confidentiality. We do not use third-party analytics (no Google Firebase, no Meta SDK, no advertising cookies). Your personal data is never sold, rented, or monetized.

2. Cloud Storage & Apple iCloud

All chat messages, shared photos, audio recordings, live canvas drawings, and milestone countdowns are securely transmitted and synchronized strictly within your private Apple iCloud container (CloudKit). Only you and your linked partner possess the cryptographic keys to read and decrypt your shared content.

3. On-Device Biometrics & Security

App Lock security (4-digit passcode, Face ID, and Touch ID) is processed entirely by Apple Secure Enclave on your device. Passcodes and biometric telemetry never leave your hardware.

4. User Rights & Data Deletion

You retain full control over your data. You may delete photos, clear chats, or perform a complete data reset anytime directly from the Settings menu. For complete iCloud container purge requests, contact support@elariolabs.com.
