1. Overview & Commitment

ElarioLabs ("we", "us", or "our") develops and operates the mobile application "Real Estate Empire" (the "Application"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through transparent data practices. Real Estate Empire is an idle business simulation game designed for entertainment. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

2. Information Collection and Storage

• Local Gameplay Data: Your game progress (including acquired virtual properties, cash balances, gems, transactions, and portfolio statistics) is stored locally on your device storage and may be synchronized via your private Apple iCloud account. We do not maintain external servers storing your gameplay credentials.

• Purchases and Financial Information: All financial transactions, billing, and in-app purchases are processed solely by Apple Inc. via Apple StoreKit 2 APIs. We never receive, store, or have access to your credit card, bank account, or billing details.

• Advertising and Identifiers: When permitted by your iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) settings, the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) may receive non-sensitive device identifiers (such as IDFA or vendor identifiers) and coarse diagnostic data to serve contextual or personalized advertisements and prevent fraud.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

Our application integrates trusted third-party SDKs that may collect data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT) & User Choice

In accordance with Apple guidelines, you have complete control over whether advertisers may track your activity across other apps and websites. You can change your advertising preferences or revoke tracking permissions at any time via your device settings:

5. Children’s Privacy

Real Estate Empire complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
