Real Estate Empire Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing "Real Estate Empire" (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Application.

2. License Grant

ElarioLabs grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, strictly in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Virtual Currency and Digital Goods

• Simulation Purpose: Real Estate Empire is an idle economic simulation game. All virtual currencies (including "Cash" and "Gems") and virtual assets (including "Districts", "Estates", and "Properties") are purely fictional and exist exclusively within the game environment.

• No Real-World Value: Virtual currencies and virtual goods have zero monetary value in the real world. They cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred, or exchanged for fiat currency, real goods, or services outside the Application.

• License to Virtual Items: You acknowledge that you do not own virtual items or currencies; rather, you acquire a limited, personal, non-transferable license to utilize them within the Application.

4. In-App Purchases and Billing

• Transaction Processing: All in-app purchases (such as Gem caches, Investor Packs, and the "Remove Ads" feature) are processed and billed directly by Apple Inc. through your Apple ID account.

• Consumable vs. Non-Consumable Goods:

- Consumable items (e.g., Gems and instant Cash injections) are depleted through gameplay and cannot be transferred or restored across different accounts.

- Non-consumable items (e.g., "Remove Ads Permanently") represent permanent privileges and can be restored on any compatible Apple device signed into your Apple ID via the in-game "Restore Purchases" button.

• Refund Policy: All purchases are final and governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. To request a refund, you must submit a claim directly through Apple Support at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. User Conduct and Fair Play

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.

• Exploit software vulnerabilities, memory editors, automated scripts, or cheats to manipulate game balances or leaderboard standing.

• Interfere with or circumvent security-related features of the Application.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Real Estate Empire, including but not limited to graphics, user interface designs, audio, animations, game balance logic, and trade names, are the exclusive property of ElarioLabs and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ElarioLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Application.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
