By downloading, installing, or playing Ball Sort: Color Journey, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept these terms, please uninstall the application.

2. License Grant

Elario Labs grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run Ball Sort: Color Journey on Apple-branded iOS/iPadOS devices that you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3. Virtual Items & In-Game Currency

The game features virtual coins and consumable gameplay power-ups (such as Undos, Hints, and Extra Tubes):

• Virtual items and coins have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for fiat currency or physical goods.

• Virtual items are licensed, not sold, solely for use within Ball Sort: Color Journey.

4. In-App Purchases & Billing

• All in-app purchases are billed directly through your Apple ID in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

• Prices are displayed dynamically in your local storefront currency and include applicable local taxes.

• Previously purchased non-consumables (such as "Remove All Ads") can be restored at any time by selecting "Restore Purchases" in the game.

• Refund requests are governed by Apple's policies and must be submitted through reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual designs, tube animations, liquid shaders, audio effects, level arrangements, trademarks, and source code are the proprietary property of Elario Labs. Reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting assets, or redistributing the software is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Elario Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the game.
